Additional Information
The Hernando Christian Ministerial Association is hosting the Spring Hill location of A21's Walk For Freedom. Join us October 15th at 8 AM at Family First Assembly (12435 Spring Hill Dr.) to take a stand locally against human trafficking. Did you know Florida is ranked THIRD in the nation for the most reported instances of trafficking? We are silently walking from Family First Assembly to Veterans Memorial Park and returning to Family First Assembly-- approximately 1 mile in distance. After completing the walk we will have speakers with NOMORE Foundation to educate the community on the methods traffickers use to exploit victims, how to protect yourself and loved ones from trafficking, how to report suspicious behaviors, as well as hearing from survivors. We will also have community partner organizations on site with booths and information on how to get involved locally! This is a family friendly event, there's no registration fee, and light refreshments are provided. Let's be the catalyst of change in our community. WE can end human trafficking across the globe.
