10 Halves in 10 Days: Running to Stop Human Trafficking
It is estimated that tens of millions of people are held in modern day slavery today. That’s why, between the 22nd and 31st of March, we will be running 10 half marathons in 10 days in aid of A21, a global non-profit that is working in 18 locations across 13 countries to eradicate human trafficking.
Focusing on educating and equipping the general public to identify and reduce the risk of human trafficking, A21 supports vulnerable communities through education, prevention materials, and awareness campaigns.
The challenge will see us both run 10 half marathons (around 210km) over 10 days. Having done many ridiculous things in the past, this challenge stands to be by far the toughest. Along the way, we will be joined by other friends for different legs of our challenge - we will be celebrating them also on this space.
Your financial support could mean the difference between a life held in captivity and a life that is free. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
