We invite you to join us for the annual Abilene Walk For Freedom, hosted by Beyond Trafficking in conjunction with A21. On this day we will come together in a unified voice that says no to slavery and yes to freedom! Together we’ll rise up against injustice as we walk through the streets of our city in solidarity with survivors of human trafficking around the world. This event provides a unique opportunity to become educated and empowered to fight against human trafficking. At the event, we will have free events, snacks, food, drinks, and even activities for children! Join us as we listen to inspiring stories of survivors. We will also feature a community resource fair, providing resources and support for the Big Country. If you’d like to join us, the Abilene Walk For Freedom is on October 14th at 10 AM at Everman Park. Parking is in the Alexander building parking lot. We look forward to seeing you there!
